Meet the flock.

Geese are loud, loyal, and very hard to talk out of something once they've decided to do it. They fly thousands of miles in formation, take turns at the front, and look out for whoever falls behind. That's a pretty good description of how we'd like to work.

The "bad" part is mostly attitude. We'll push back when a plan is bigger than it needs to be, and we'll tell you when something isn't working instead of quietly billing around it. We'd rather ship something good this month than something perfect next year.

We also try to keep it fun. Clients come to us with ideas they're excited about, and the job is to keep that excitement alive all the way to launch day.
