The Integrity SOP

Five rules. In writing.
In every SOW.

Last year Deloitte Australia submitted a $440,000 government report with fabricated AI citations. That is the bar the “AI consultancy” category is clearing in 2026. Here is ours.

The Rules

Not a vibe.
A verifiable practice.

01

Rule 01

No fabricated proof.

Every testimonial and case study on this site is real, attributable, and verifiable by reference call. No stock-photo “clients,” no invented quotes, no past-tense aspirations dressed as outcomes.

What this means for you: if we don't yet have a case study in your specific category, we will tell you up front and offer to make you the first one at a structured discount — on terms you set.

02

Rule 02

No AI slop.

Every deliverable we ship is written or edited by a human who can defend every claim in it on a call, in plain language. AI is part of how we work — not who does the work. Drafts get tools; finals get judgment.

What this means for you: if any deliverable reads as machine-default output — the dashes-and-bullets, the lifeless rhythm, the on-brand-for-no-brand voice — we missed. Tell us, we redo it, no charge.

03

Rule 03

No hallucinated data.

No statistic, citation, study, or factual claim appears in your assets that we cannot show you the source for. The Deloitte fake-citation scandal is the floor we are clearing every day — not the ceiling.

What this means for you: every claim in every deliverable comes with a footnote or a source link. If we can't source it, we don't say it. Ask for the bibliography — it exists.

04

Rule 04

No guarantees we can't honor.

We do not promise a specific LLM citation outcome, search ranking, or revenue lift. LLM behavior is non-deterministic. Anyone promising a number is either misrepresenting the technology or about to refund you.

What this means for you: we guarantee the work, the timeline, and the deliverables — in writing, in the SOW. Two-part deliverable guarantee with kickoff conditions and clock-pause triggers spelled out before you sign. See the Sprint guarantee →

05

Rule 05

No black-hat GEO.

No cloaking. No prompt injection of public LLMs. No fake review schemes. No schema spam. No buying citation-graph backlinks from compromised sites. If a tactic would be embarrassing to publish on our own site, we will not run it on yours.

What this means for you: the work compounds. White-hat GEO survives model updates and policy shifts. Black-hat GEO produces a six-week spike and a one-year reputation problem. We are not in the spike business.

In Writing

These rules go in the SOW.
Ask to see them.

The Integrity SOP is referenced by section number in every One Bad Goose Sprint engagement letter. Not as marketing copy — as contractual obligations we can be held to. If a clause matters to you, ask. If you want it modified, we'll talk. If a rule reads as boilerplate to us, you should bounce.
